Clark County, Wash.—All northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near State Route 502 (milepost 12), south of Ridgefield, are blocked after a collision involving a wrong-way vehicle, with northbound detours at Exit 11 for SR 502/Battle Ground and motorists urged to avoid the area or expect significant delays, according to WSDOT.
