The Columbia River Economic Development Council in Vancouver, Washington, said 40% of Gen Z workers plan to leave their jobs within the next two years. The council asked what that trend could mean for inspiring talent to choose Clark County as a place to live and work.

The council is inviting people to a “deep dive” on regional brand building on Wednesday, May 17. Organizers said attendees will leave with “actionable steps” to help align an organization with the region’s economic goals.
