**Josh Martin '08 Wins Gold at 2025 Invictus Games**
The 2025 Invictus Games, hosted in Vancouver and Whistler, celebrated the achievements of injured and ill service members from around the world. Josh Martin, a 2008 graduate of Albuquerque Academy and a U.S. Army veteran, earned a gold medal in the competition.
Martin, representing the U.S. team, competed in skiing events and stood out with his exceptional performance, securing the top spot on the podium. The achievement has been widely celebrated by his alma mater, Albuquerque Academy, which shared their congratulations on social media.
The Invictus Games, founded by Prince Harry in 2014, bring together wounded, injured, and sick service personnel to compete in various adaptive sports, showcasing their resilience and determination.
