Pasta Towers Challenge at Clark College Engages Students

Engineering students at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington participated in a unique competition where they constructed towers using pasta. The event, overseen by professors Carol Hsu and Tina Barsotti, aimed to test the strength of these pasta structures using an Instron machine.
