Vancouver Hosts Flora and Fauna Fridays Volunteer Series

The City of Vancouver is inviting residents to participate in its mid-day volunteer event series, Flora and Fauna Fridays, from October to mid-December. The first event will take place on Friday, October 11, at The Downs Park.
These events will focus on contributing to the local ecosystem by engaging in hands-on service to support natural systems. Participants will receive snacks and have the opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers. Each session will also provide insights into the significance of the volunteer activities.
Residents interested in making a positive environmental impact can learn more and register for the events at the City of Vancouver’s website.
