"Vancouver, WA opens Heights Bike Garden for child traffic safety"

The City Government of Vancouver, Washington recently opened the Heights Bike Garden to enhance traffic safety education for children in a whimsical, car-free environment. Located at 5411 E. Mill Plain, this temporary colorful mini streetscape will remain accessible until the Tower Mall area transforms into a lively community hub that includes housing, retail outlets, and dining options.
